Knowhow in-house

We have all the know-how on hand when we need it … and when you need it.

What makes us so different from our competitors? First and foremost, our determination to have everything we need in-house. This means we have an in-house design department, an in-house assembly workshop as well as an in-house testing team, so we can provide you with smarter solutions and hassle-free implementation.

Having everything under one roof makes all the difference

Whether your project include a few conveyors and photocells or is a complex system with many machines and advanced conveyors – all the projects are mechanically and electrically assembled, and factory tested in our workshop.

Our equipment is designed for heavy-duty and long-lasting operation, mechanically aligned, and securely mounted.

Control cabinets and cables are mounted with care and duly numbered that ensures you a low maintenance cost.

Our software engineers are involved from the project start and we develop the programming in close cooperation with our other departments to meet your specification and needs.

For large projects with several hundred machines, conveyors, pallet magazines, robots, gantry robots, transfer shuttles, RFID readers, AGV’s, etc. and integration of third-party supply – several software engineers work side by side for completing the system functionality, HMI panels, WinCC-screens, and safety operations.

All our conveyors are equipped with frequency inverters for soft start and precise control of the system at full load or part load, either mounted de-centralized in the main control cabinet or locally at each conveyor.

When a Kuka robot is involved in the project, it can be programmed traditionally or using MX Automation software, which enables the robot to be controlled from a PLC environment. Therefore, the operators and the maintenance crew do not need any traditional robot programming skills to interfere with the robot.

We have our own team of technical specialists responsible for performing safety evaluations and risk assessments on our machines and solutions. This means we can guarantee that all our deliverables comply with applicable international safety regulations as well as current CE Marking principles.
