Realistic approach
Kick off meetings with the end-user and internally with all departments is always performed. During the project phase, the status reports are submitted, and inspection dates are informed weeks ahead. Dates for the factory acceptance test and shipment are typically agreed at the end-user kick off meeting.
Our experienced project managers plan in detail each project in our time scheduling system, this ensure the project overall deadlines are met. Weekly status meetings with all departments are completed for prioritization and required counter-measurements.
